Flat Rock Hill is a private, gated community perched high above Flat Rock Pond on 77 acres of beautiful, rolling South Carolina hillside. It is conveniently located just west of Aiken, South Carolina and 12 miles northeast of downtown Augusta, Georgia. The exclusive Sage Valley Golf Club lies directly to the north of Flat Rock Hill.

The entrance to Flat Rock Hill is a long common driveway, Flat Rock Lane, which ends at the community gate. Inside the gate are private lots, protected by a sea of pines and a "living wall" of vines engulfing a tall chain-link fence.
